Tariff
- In principle Whyze charges a fixed rate per hour or per day but depending on the type and length of the assignment, package deals can also be made.
- Additional expenses, such as the cost for travelling or the use of materials, are not included in the tariff.
- Only when a product can be classified as purely journalistic no VAT will be charged.
Agreements
- Clear agreements are made with the client on the objectives of the assignment, the form in which the product is delivered, the period after which delivery takes place and the level of involvement of the client.
- Minor changes can be made once without extra costs.
- When an assignment changes drastically, it is treated as an additional assignment. Extra work will then be charged seperately.
Confidentiality
- Whyze treats all information given by clients strictly confidential.
- This confidentiality extends beyond the contract period.
Copyright
- All services and products delivered by Whyze are copyright protected.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the client has the right to use the end product once.
- Any form of additional use (e.g. republication) will result in a new contract made with Whyze.
- When there is no competitive disadvantage for the initial client, Whyze retains the right to sell or publish the product elsewhere.
